Less calories improved my health.

I haven’t had my period for 3 years, crazy huh? My husband and I were planning to have at least 1 baby this year, however I doubt myself since I never had my period.  I been counting calories this pass 4 days lost 3 lbs.  This morning I woke up and I’m on my period.  AMAZING!!!  How could this be? so it hit me, for all those years I been eating fast food, soda, ribs…. thousands and thousands of calories added up…. That was the cause to decrease me from getting my period and start gaining fat.  Most people hate it when they get their period but I’m excited and I feel like I’m heading to the right direction of great health.

You might laugh your butt off once you read this.   There’s this new reality show called “Dance your Azz off”  I assume since I’m somewhat tall weight the way I weight wouldn’t show much and so so so on…no biggie.  I was wrong!  I saw one of the dancer my height and weight as much as me but she is BIG and it hit me….OMG that’s me I’m F. A. T. not thick but F.A.T.   I just recently start this diet plan by counting calories and exercise 15-30 minute twice a day.  not much improvement yet but its a start.   Add me as friend and join me with your amazing weight lost story.  It will motivated and encouraged us to hear or sees one another lost all that evil fat.
